Help with sleep disorders: improve your patients’ lives

OMNI Hypnosis International

We all know it: sleep is essential. We need enough of it, it helps us regenerate, and it keeps us young, fit, and full of energy. What sounds so simple has long been a nightmare for many people. They suffer from sleep disorders, lie awake at night, wake up far too often, or cannot fall asleep at all, and they know that sleep is everything listed above. But sleep just will not come.

Have patients in your practice talked to you about lack of sleep? Many people are simply tired and exhausted because they sleep far too little and far too lightly. Alongside medical care, hypnosis can help improve sleep disorders. You can also watch the video on this topic.

Sleep disorders: when nothing helps

Of course, you can start with behavioral therapy, prescribe medication, or recommend relaxation techniques such as meditation and mindfulness exercises. But we often see this: when a sleep disorder has lasted a long time, patients’ nerves are understandably frayed. Building a meditation routine is hard at that point. Lack of sleep is not a minor issue that a little discipline can solve, and certainly not on the surface, especially since changing behavior takes energy.

People who suffer from constant sleep deprivation often do not have that energy!

Hypnosis in sleep therapy

Hypnosis can help you get back to sleep faster if you have trouble sleeping.

A deep hypnosis session relaxes body and mind, gives new energy, AND leads directly into the subconscious. There, the cause of the insomnia often comes to light, and that makes the problem solvable. Sometimes a single session already makes a clear difference.

To refine the results and make them last, it makes sense to teach patients self-hypnosis after the session. Often, insomnia then becomes much less of a problem in a relatively short time.

We all know how many problems good, deep sleep can help with.

That is why a single hypnosis session can set off a chain of positive changes in a person’s life. It makes sense to add hypnosis to what you offer, especially if your practice often sees patients with stubborn sleep disorders such as insomnia.
