About me

Alongside my work as a hypnotherapist, I am a psychotherapist, psychologist, sociotherapist, and interpersonal skills trainer. I run a private practice, where I support individuals in achieving meaningful psychological and emotional change. In addition, I teach at the university level, delivering courses in Cognitive Psychology and helping students develop a deeper understanding of psychological processes and the mental mechanisms that shape human thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. Oprócz pracy jako hipnoterapeutka jestem również psychoterapeutką, psychologiem, socjoterapeutką oraz trenerką interpersonalną. Prowadzę prywatny gabinet, w którym wspieram ludzi w osiąganiu znaczących zmian psychologicznych i emocjonalnych. Dodatkowo pracuję na uczelni wyższej, prowadząc zajęcia z psychologii procesów poznawczych oraz pomagając studentom rozwijać głębsze rozumienie procesów psychicznych i mechanizmów mentalnych, które kształtują ludzkie myśli, emocje i zachowania.
